I love all the if/then aspects of self-service online financials.  I don't have a lot of publicly shareable examples. But between SunTrust, Equifax, and the banking and shopping cart aspects of State Farm and The Home Depot, I knew this is the career route I found the most rewarding.

I love user flows. They're the perfect precursor to journey/empathy maps because they immediately indicate where an if/then scenario is going affect your visitor's experience.
